No pain, no gain, right? If you've ever tried to get in incredible physical shape, you've probably heard this mantra at least once, but for Hollywood megastar Dwayne The Rock Johnson, there's no doubt that he lives by this saying every day he wakes up.
His impressive physique has spawned a remarkable career, both in the WWE and more recently in Hollywood, so much so that he was crowned the highest earning actor of 2018. But despite his films bringing us countless hours of joys, what we really want to know is how he maintains those marvellous biceps.
Well luckily for us, he shared his monstrous arm workout on his Instagram page and called it the '21s finisher'.
In his own words, the routine consists of "7 reps from the top going only half way down. 7 reps from the bottom going only halfway up. 7 full reps.
"And pushing past your pain threshold to squeeze out a few more extra reps is where success and magic happens."
Of course, this wasn't the first time Mr. Johnson has given the world workout tips.
Last October, he gave us a superhuman photo spawned from '18 weeks of disciplined diet and intense training' when shooting Hobbs and Shaw.
In the caption, he wrote, "Always room for improvements, but not too bad for a scarred up surgically repaired Brahma Bull whose injuries always tell the story."
The film star has appeared in the Fast & Furious franchise, San Andreas and Central Intelligence and was recently a Hollywood star on the illustrious Walk of Fame.
Vin Di Bona, chair of the Walk of Fame Selection Committee, said: "The Walk of Fame Selection Committee is thrilled to announce our newest honorees to the Hollywood Walk of Fame. The Committee looked carefully at each nominee, and we feel that we have selected a great group of talent that will appeal to the tastes of many fans around the world.
