Taylor Swift's Album Finally Hits Streaming Services!

Celebs December 1, 2017 By Vincent

Taylor Swift's Reputation is the fastest selling album of 2017, one course to be the biggest selling of the year, has topped the Billboard 200 chart for the past two weeks and as of Nov. 23 had sold 1.45 million units in the U.S., according to Nielsen Music.

This may have had something to do with the fact it has only been available for physical purchase or digital download for the past three weeks without previously announcing when, or if, the album would then be available on streaming services but as of today we can all listen to it as much as we like as it hits Spotify and other services some three weeks after its initial release.

Taylor previously didn't have any of her music on Spotify as she thought they didn't pay artists enough but some saw this as a cynical cash grab from the star who then got exclusive rights from YouTube for her music whilst other artists have pointed out, she made a convincing argument. She then seemingly made an incredible U-turn on her decision and coincidentally that just happened to be on a day when her one-time friend, long-time rival Katy Perry launched her album and thus she stole the thunder.

Anyway, enjoy her tunes everybody!
