The Glee star Naya Rivera has been arrested and charged with domestic battery following an alleged fight with her husband, Ryan Dorsey.
The 30-year-old, who played the mean-spirited high school cheerleader Santana on the hit show, was arrested at a house in Kanawha County, West Virginia, America before being summoned by a judge.
Local tv network WSAZ showed footage of her accepting one charge of a misdemeanour with domestic battery.
Handcuffed and clad in a baggy hoody and sweatpants, she was then asked if she knew what she was being charged with, to which she replied, "yes your honor."
Rivera was asked afterwards by local journalists if she had anything to say, but didn't respond and was whisked away by her father-in-law on a $1000 bail bond.
Rivera has been married to Dorsey since 2014, and the couple shares a two-year-old child, though both filed for divorce last year before changing their minds.
Dorsey is believed to have shown officers mobile footage of the incident, which left him with minor injuries to his head and face.
Corporal Lester at Kanawha County Sheriff's Department confirmed her arrest, telling BBC's Newsbeat, "As is always the case in criminal matters, the charge against Mrs. Rivera is merely an accusation. She is presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty."
Before her arrest, Rivera's personal life still made headlines. In August, she revealed she was pregnant in 2010 with Dorsey's child but had an abortion during her day off from filming Glee.
She was also the muse behind ex-boyfriend Big Sean's hit single "I Don't Fu*k With You", with one verse going, "Every day I end up celebrating s*it. Why? Because I just dodged a bullet from a crazy bi*ch."
