Instagram star Dan Blizerian added to his wealth on Saturday evening after betting on close friend Floyd Mayweather to defeat UFC superstar-turned-boxer Conor McGregor in the most anticipated boxing match in years.
For those who aren't aware, Bilzerian initially made his wealth in professional poker, though it wasn't until he began documenting his hedonistic rampages online that he became a household name.
Guns, skimpily-clad women. Fast cars. Mansions. Jets. Yachts. Bilzerian is synonymous with the male fantasy, so it wasn't surprising to find him not only sitting front row for Saturday's fight but also winning a shed load of money in the process.
Snapchatting his winnings, the 36-year-old revealed an Aria Casion cheque made out for over $342,000 after Mayweather stopped his Irish counterpart in the 10th round, a nice sum of money to add to an estimated net worth of $100m.
It is not known how much money Bilzerian placed, but with the odds of a Mayweather win incredibly small, it's likely he bet a fair bit of wonga.
Indeed in many people's eyes, the handsome reveler is living the dream life, but he shocked many this summer when he revealed to Square Mile Magazine that he was in his first serious relationship.
Describing her as "hot and beautiful", Blizerian admitted that "it wasn't exactly your storybook love at first sight. I think I f*cked like three girls before her that day. We just started hanging out… She’s just a little different, you know? She’s smart, she’s cool, and she liked a lot of the shit I like. So here we are."
Who said chivalry was dead?
