Channing Tatum broke our hearts when he called it quits with long-term wife Jenna Dewan, but everyone's favorite crush appears to be smitten again if reports of him dating the British singer Jessie J are to be believed.
According to US Weekly, Channing Tatum has been dating Jessie J for several months. An inside source revealed that Channing had been to see her at two of her American concerts in Seattle and Salt Lake City. A Twitter user also claimed that he had seen the pair play a round of mini golf together.
While the two appear an odd match, Jessie J bears a striking resemblance to his ex-wife, with the black hair and physical features very similar. She can also buss a fair amount of dance moves, which seems to be something the accomplished dancer values in a partner.
Channing had met his ex-wife and trained dancer in fairytale circumstances. Indeed, they met on the set of the dance movie Step Up and were married for nine years. In that time they had a daughter called Everly.
However, they issued a statement announcing their divorce in April.
Part of it read, "We have lovingly chosen to separate as a couple. We fell deeply in love so many years ago and have had a magical journey together.
"Absolutely nothing has changed about how much we love one another, but love is a beautiful adventure that is taking us on different paths for now.
"There are no secrets nor salacious events at the root of our decision - just two best-friends realising it's time to take some space and help each other life the most joyous, fulfilled lives as possible.
"We are still a family and will always be loving dedicated parents to Everly."
Jessie J, whose real name is Jessica Ellen Cornish, presented Tatum with the Best Comedic Performance at the 2015 MTV Movie Awards following his laugh out loud performance in 22 Jump Street.
However, there are no other public photos of the couple together, which makes their rumored relationship strange. But then again, anyone who's hot, rich and A-list in Tinseltown seems to know one another.
While reports of his divorce stunned fans, other reports wrote that Tatum had long valued his independence, and spending 9 years in a marriage ultimately proved too much for a man who loved his partying.
