30 Celebrities You Never Knew Were Teen Parents

Celebs March 4, 2019 By Hugo

Being a teenage parent isn't for the fainthearted. Not only are you thrust into adult responsibilities when you are barely one yourself, but you're also likely to have little money and will probably have to rely on others to enhance the baby's upbringing.

Of course, if you happen to be a gifted athlete or talented artist, chances are you might have already made more money than most people will in an entire lifetime and thus having a child in your teens doesn't pose the same problems as it would for others.

The much-maligned and idiosyncratic rapper became a dad at the tender age of 16 after a relationship with his first love Antonia Carter, with the couple marrying on Valentine's Day in 2004.

Not that it lasted. The priggish star, who has recently come under the radar for not speaking out about the Black Lives Matter movement, saw his marriage crumble only two years later.

2. Aretha Franklin

Aretha Franklin is a name that needs little introduction, and her contribution to the music industry is one which is now as esteemed as any other legendary artist, but few know about her earlier life.

4. Roseanne Barr
