The general public can be quite a weird and wonderful bunch and anyone who has used the metro in their local metropolis or caught the night bus after a night out will attest to this fact, strange things certainly do happen on public transport. 1. Polar Bear On The Tube
When a new TV show based in the Arctic circle was launched in the UK, advertisers decided to promote by getting a life-sized polar bear puppet onto the London Underground much to the shock of many commuters.As some edged away and made a move for the exits, this brave little girl decided to pet the fearsome creature.
2. Clash of The Titans
You wouldn't imagine you'd see either on of these
legends on the subway, let alone both but here they are squaring off for the ultimate showdown.
When you're a big dog, you need to find a space where you can fit. Who's a good boy then?
4. Party Animals
A giraffe, flamingo and parrot all get on the tube...there's a punchline in there somewhere. These revellers on the London Underground were clearly enjoying themselves but whether they decided to dress up before or after a few drinks is anyone's guess. It's a jungle out there people.
In a bid to raise awareness of the world's most endangered species, 108 people took to the streets of London dressed as Pandas, hanging about monuments doing tai chi and getting the train with other commuters. Needless to say, it took quite a few people by surprise.
6. Don't Jump The Barriers
It's very impressive that this guy even managed to get down to the metro, what with having four legs to operate, but we're not quite sure how he's going to manage the ticket barrier though.
7. Alice In Wonderland?
Like something out of Lewis Caroll's most famous novel, this guy seems to be a little out of place. Probably because he had to get the train rather than falling down a rabbit hole.
8. King of Hipsters
This guy has it all, the hipster beard, beanie hat, leggings and anime jacket. It's the ultimate hipster, the hipster final boss. We actually love this style and the brave choices, it's just not quite for us.
9. Smurfing Around
These are actually a group of Soccer fans trying to get to a game in London. Imitating their team's blue and white striped kits, they decided to dress up as Smurfs and take the train to the game.
10. Gingerbread Man
Too tired to run as fast as he can home, this gingerbread man has decided to get the train.
